Content filmed at your jobs, ads that reach homeowners in your area, and automated email follow-up setup through GoHighLevel. Every dollar is tracked to the signed job, so you always know what’s working and when to spend more.
We help business owners, their families and their crews live free of the stress that comes with seasonal work and the ups and downs of job flow.
I worked as a contractor before I started Element 7, so I know what a slow month means. You feel it in payroll, in whether you can keep your best people, and at the kitchen table at home.
For ten years my team has made premium video for brands across Seattle. With The Booked Method we point that same crew at one thing: steady work, all year, so you can plan ahead, keep your people, and take a weekend off. When you work with us, you work with me and the people who do the work.
The Booked Method is built and run by Element 7, the Seattle production studio behind these reviews. Same crew, same standards, now pointed at keeping your calendar full.
“Ryan… took the time to coach our team to create excellent videos on our own. As a result, our Sunday attendance doubled in size over the time of restriction.”
Philip McCallumEvergreen Church · Google review“Their videos are professional, powerful, and have helped elevate our brand online.”

Leon S MunComcast Advertising · Google reviewRemodelers, glass and closets, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, painting. If you run a premium home service company in the Seattle and Puget Sound area, the work isn’t the problem. These are.
When fall hits Puget Sound, the calls thin out for everyone. The shops that stay busy through winter built their pipeline months earlier. The rest cut crews and wait for spring.
Homeowners hire whoever they’ve already seen. While your social sits quiet, a louder competitor, often doing worse work, is buying attention in your neighborhoods every single day.
Word of mouth fills this month. It can’t be turned up when you need it, and it disappears exactly when the season slows. Great shops stall here for years.
Done for you, end to end. Content takes weeks to build trust and ads take weeks to learn, so the shops that stay busy in the slow months start well before them.
We define your messaging, offers and audience, plan your first shoot and launch, connect lead capture to GoHighLevel, and design your automated email follow-up setup and ROI tracking.
One shoot each month at your jobs: 4 hours on Foundation, 6 on Stronghold, up to 8 on Summit. We plan, script, film and edit your content; Stronghold and Summit include launch photography on the first shoot.
Organic posts run 3, 4 or 5 times a week by plan, with monthly ad adaptations in addition. First ads typically launch within about a week of your first shoot and can run evenings and weekends.
Each signed job is tied back to the ad that produced it. We retire what stops working and move the budget to what does.
Great content builds trust. Smart ads create demand. We run both, so the right homeowners know your name and reach out ready to hire.
Premium short-form video and photos, posted consistently. You become the obvious premium choice and stay top of mind between jobs.
Targeted Meta ads with a clear offer reach ready-to-hire homeowners in your area and turn attention into booked estimates.
Spend, leads, booked estimates and signed jobs in one live view, ad by ad. When you can see what a dollar returns, you decide when to spend more and when to hold.
Summit includes one OTT commercial per quarter, targeted streaming TV placement and campaign management. Each spot gets its own landing page, tracked number and QR code. Streaming TV media spend is paid separately to the platform, with no markup.
Content production and advertising are managed for you, with a four-month initial commitment followed by month-to-month continuation. Choose monthly payments or pay for the initial four-month term in full and save 5%.
Every plan includes a monthly shoot, content planning, scripts, editing and posting, GoHighLevel CRM, automated email follow-up setup, detailed ROI tracking, and raw footage delivery.
We don’t promise a number of jobs, because we don’t control your market or your sales calls. We promise the agreed work, with ROI dashboard updates and reviews on your plan’s rhythm.

We run marketing for premium home service companies: content planning, filming, scripts, editing and posting, managed Meta ads, automated email follow-up setup through GoHighLevel, and detailed ROI tracking from ad spend to signed jobs. Stronghold adds landing-page conversion tools, and Summit adds streaming TV and GoHighLevel AI agent setup. Ongoing AI costs are billed separately; pricing depends on usage.
Puget Sound home service companies, from Olympia to Bellingham, doing roughly $3M–$15M a year. We work with roofers, remodelers, glass and closet companies, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, painting, restoration and other contractors that want a steadier flow of qualified jobs. Companies under about $2M, those chasing likes and followers, and owners unwilling to put their team and work on camera are generally not a fit.
We review your ads, when they run, how fast new leads hear back, and whether a signed job can be traced back to the ad that produced it. You get a clear list of what is working, what is wasting money and what to fix first. You keep the findings whether or not we work together.
Foundation is $3,000 a month, Stronghold $4,500, and Summit $6,000. There is a four-month initial commitment, followed by month-to-month continuation. Pay for the initial four-month term in full and save 5%: Foundation $11,400, Stronghold $17,100, Summit $22,800. Prices are plus applicable sales tax. Meta ad spend is paid directly, with no markup; suggested minimum spend is $2,500. Summit streaming TV media and ongoing AI usage costs are separate.
We don't promise a number of jobs, because we don't control your market or your sales calls. We commit to your plan's monthly shoot, weekly organic posts, additional monthly ad adaptations, automated email follow-up setup through GoHighLevel, detailed ROI tracking, and strategy calls. Dashboard updates are weekly on Foundation and Stronghold, daily on Summit. Strategy calls are monthly, every two weeks, or weekly respectively. Ads that cross the cost ceiling get replaced.
No. Lead capture and automated email follow-up are set up in GoHighLevel on every plan. Your team handles personal lead follow-up; SMS/text response is not included in these packages. We connect reporting from Meta, GoHighLevel and your job system so signed jobs and values can be traced back to ads. Deeper pipeline integration with your existing CRM is included on Summit.
You do. All raw footage from your shoot days is yours to keep. We film your real crews on your real jobs, and we never use AI actors or show work you didn’t do.
Yes, on Summit: one OTT commercial per quarter, targeted streaming TV placement and campaign management. Each spot has its own landing page, tracked phone number and QR code so TV leads can be tied to signed jobs. You pay streaming TV media directly to the platform, with no markup.
We are based in Bothell, Washington and serve home service companies across Puget Sound, from Olympia to Bellingham, including Seattle, the Eastside, King County and Snohomish County.
Our typical first month starts with a combined onboarding and strategy call in week one, your first shoot in week two, editing and posting setup in week three, and the full content calendar and reporting in week four. First ads typically launch within about a week of your first shoot. Stronghold and Summit add landing pages, retargeting and automated email follow-up sequence setup; Summit adds AI setup and streaming TV. These are launch targets, not a guarantee of booked-job volume or timing.
Weekly organic posts are separate from the ad adaptations. Foundation includes 3 organic posts per week plus 3 Meta ad adaptations per month. Stronghold includes 4 organic posts per week; Summit includes 5 with captions. Both list 4 Meta ad adaptations per month / as needed. Adaptations are light edits of organic pieces to make the messaging more ad-focused; they do not reduce your organic posting allowance.
Your brand assets, messaging and offer information, account access, shoot locations and contacts, and access to the booking and job-value information needed for ROI reporting. We plan the first shoot and launch together.
You review and approve content and ad creative before it goes live early in the relationship. Once trust is established, the process can move to posting first and reviewing afterward, with the working approach agreed together.
GoHighLevel AI agent setup is included on Summit. Ongoing AI costs are billed separately, with pricing based on usage. This covers setup; ongoing managed AI operation and personal lead follow-up are not included.
The first three founding partners receive 35% off the first year (the first three terms), with full pricing from the fourth term forward. In exchange, partners provide full access to results data for case studies, a video testimonial at 90 days, and permission to feature their brand in Element 7 marketing. Eligibility and pricing are recorded in the individual agreement.
We sit down with your ad account and your numbers and show you what’s working, what’s wasting money, and what to fix first. You keep the findings whether or not we work together.
